Home screen and ease of use

Google TV organises content rather than apps: tabs for For You, Movies, Shows and Apps, with recommendations drawn from the services you subscribe to. You can mark what you have so it only suggests things you can actually watch. If you'd prefer a plain grid, there's an apps-only mode on many devices.
